Current Music Teacher Opportunities

We welcome applications from experienced and committed music educators for the following positions in Singapore:

• Piano Teacher – Piano lessons from beginner to advanced levels, including examination and performance preparation.
• Violin Teacher – Individual violin instruction, technique development, examination preparation and performance guidance.
• Cello Teacher – Cello instruction focused on musicianship, technical development and student progression.
• Guitar Teacher – Guitar lessons for students of different ages, abilities and musical goals.
• Early Childhood Music Teacher – Age-appropriate music education and engaging learning experiences for young children.

Professional Qualifications & Teaching Experience

We welcome applications from qualified music professionals with a strong foundation in performance, music education or a related discipline.

Our Preferred Qualifications

• A recognised music degree or diploma in music performance, music education or a related discipline.
• ABRSM Grade 8 Music Theory or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• ABRSM or Trinity diplomas such as LRSM or FRSM are welcome.
• At least 4 years of relevant music teaching experience is preferred.
• Experience teaching individual and/or group music lessons.
• Experience teaching students across different ages and ability levels.
• Experience in examination preparation, performance preparation or structured music education is an advantage.
• Early childhood music education or music activity programme experience is an advantage.

We also consider the quality of an applicant's teaching approach, communication skills, professionalism and willingness to develop. Qualifications are important, but the ability to use musical knowledge meaningfully to guide students is equally important to us.
